Download the release .zip package from the topic page and extract it to a permanent folder on your PC.

Open chrome://extensions (or edge://extensions) and toggle on Developer mode at top right.

Click Load unpacked button and select the extracted folder to install and run immediately.

Download the *.reg whitelist from the topic's Assets section and double-click to import into Windows Registry.

Completely restart your browser (Chrome/Edge/Brave) so enterprise whitelist policies take effect.

Open chrome://extensions and drag the .crx file directly into the page to install permanently without warnings.
